PACE has added online Mentoring Groups to our available resources for TCK consultants.
These groups are designed to provide an opportunity for connection and mutual encouragement across organizations and time zones.
Groups are moderated by a PACE consultant and meet once per month for an hour over Zoom. During our hour together these small groups have a time of prayer, share current resources and discuss a topic of interest.
PACE Mentoring Groups are a great place to connect with other education consultants. Some consultants in these groups are just starting in their role, while others have many years of experience. Groups are designed to meet for one year and cover topics including: the roles of consultants, expectations from leadership, setting boundaries, education options and consulting on learning differences. A summary is sent out to all participants after each meeting.
